Finding your one-liner

When doing your own PR you will be asked again and again to pitch your brand in a concise and compelling manner. This is what we call the 'one-liner'.

Your one-liner should be no longer than 20 words and fit the following format;

Who, What, Why, Who For.

[YOUR BRAND] is a [TYPE OF BRAND] that [WHAT YOU DO] [WHO FOR].

e.g. Florence van der Spek is a London based PR expert providing communications solutions for fashion and lifestyle brand.

Once you have worked this out, this can be used in so many aspects of your brand; in every pitch email, in your Instagram bio, on your website, etc.

It will act as your business statement.
